Direct‑to‑Film (DTF) transfers are a digital printing method where your artwork is printed in reverse onto a special PET film, coated with adhesive powder, cured, and then heat‑pressed onto garments. This process delivers vibrant, durable prints on cotton, polyester, blends, and even leather—without the setup costs of screen‑printing.
We accept high‑resolution PSD, AI, CDR, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Please ensure your artwork is at least 300 dpi at the final print size and that any transparent areas are preserved in a PNG or native design‑file layer.
Simply upload all your art files, enter the desired imprint size and quantity for each design, and our Auto‑Gang algorithm will nest and arrange your sheet in under five minutes—no design software or manual layout required.
For Upload Gang Sheet orders, you receive a print‑ready file the same day. For Auto‑Generate orders, your gang sheet is ready in minutes, and printed transfers ship out within 1–2 business days.
Our minimum order is just one transfer, perfect for prototypes and one‑offs. There’s no maximum—our production‑scale A1 printers can handle runs of thousands in a single batch.
We use industry‑standard pigment inks paired with GSG‑coated PET film and premium hot‑melt adhesive powders. Every transfer undergoes ISO‑calibrated color management and a multi‑point QA check for vibrant, long‑lasting results.
