Refund policy

1. Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

1.1. Apparel

  • Eligibility: Apparel items are eligible for an exchange or refund within 7 days after delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Return Address: Customers must ship eligible apparel items to the following address:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Dimelo 2Live LLC does not provide pre-paid return labels.

1.2. Other Physical Products

  • Non-Refundable: All other physical products (excluding apparel) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


2. Services Refund Policy

2.1. Custom Shopify Services

Our custom Shopify services are governed by the terms outlined in our Terms of Service. Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Refundable: A full refund will be provided if services cannot be completed due to compatibility issues with the client’s Shopify theme.

  • Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available after a service has been delivered within the 30-day warranty period, even if issues arise. Any issues will be resolved under the warranty terms.


3. General Conditions for Returns

3.1. Return Approval Process

  • Customers must contact Dimelo 2Live LLC at sales@dimelo2live.com to initiate a return, exchange, or refund request.

  • Approved returns will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

3.2. Inspection and Processing

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the returned items meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

3.3. Original Payment Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Dimelo 2Live LLC is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.


4. Non-Eligible Items and Conditions

  • Any apparel returned after the 7-day period is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Non-apparel physical products are not refundable under any circumstances.
